The impetus

The current financial and political climate requires organisations to increasingly to do more for and with less. Commissioners are increasingly demanding of both outcomes and evidence-based interventions. The rate of change is accelerating across all sectors and many organisations and individuals are still relatively unprepared for the challenges that lie ahead.

Who we are

Our team is drawn from a broad cross-section of backgrounds combining operational, commercial and creative skills acquired across a wide range of agencies. We find strength in our shared determination to find new ways of solving problems.

Our ambition is to create results that are greater than the sum of their parts. We have developed a pioneering approach based a continuous personal investment of time and money, focusing on areas where we know we can make a difference.
